I just received my third pair of Costa Del Mar sunglasses. The reason I keep breaking them, the glass lenses, are due to falling off of my hat. Or, forgetting they're up there, and removing my hat, and then they fall. I only wear the glass lenses and too many drops and they will shatter. This review is for the LidsLashes though. Talk about a lifesaver!!! I truly LOVE these!! They fit super comfortably on my hat, they're lightweight, and you don't even realize they're there. They keep my glasses safe and secure on my hat, until needed. I can't say enough how I feel these guys had me, personally, in mind when they created these as that's how I kept breaking my expensive sunglasses. The rare earth magnets are SUPER STRONG and hold my shades in place until I need them. No moving around on my hat, sliding off, etc. They just don't move. Period! Kinda looks like I have a small antenna on my hat when I'm wearing my glasses, but it doesn't bother me at all. In fact, when people inquire as to what's on my hat, it gives me an excellent opportunity to tell them all about the LidsLashes, and how much I LOVE them, and the warm fuzzy feeling I get knowing my glasses are safe..lol And I also tell them where they can get their very own for 10 bucks!! I read somewhere that it's like an insurance policy for your glasses, and that's exactly what it is!! It's a great feeling to know, without a shadow of a doubt, that your $250 glasses are safe and secure on top of your hat, and they won't fall off and get damaged! That feeling is priceless, and if these were $20 each, it would still be a deal at twice the price!! Thank you LidsLash for finally giving me piece of mind knowing my glasses won't fall off my hat when I'm not actually wearing them. I highly recommend these to ANYONE that wears glasses or sunglasses as you really get a good feeling knowing your investment is safe and sound and will not fall off. I've been using it for a month now. I love the fact that if I use it my sunglasses will not come off my hat when I bend over. My only concern is the magnet. I don't like having to be aware of devices around it. Even more so what concerns me is having a strong magnet up against my forehead. I like the idea but would rather have a fixed pin type holder, made like a hat pin. Since it's just my personal preference I'm not reducing the stars because the product works as it should.

I waited a few days to write my review so as to get a real feel for this product. I must say I like the ease of set up but more importantly I love how strong the magnet is & how secure my glasses are in my hat. Even though these are easy to swap from hat to hat I think I'm going to buy a few more pairs so I can just leave them on certain hats.

The magnet is super-strong. I accidentally left it on the hat through the washer and it stayed in place and still functional. Great to have my glass close at hand and safely anchored. Great for yardwork where I generally need sunglasses + readers.

The bad thing is that I waited so long to purchase! This is a great item! I am a coach and player and this has secured my shades to the max! The magnet is amazing! Definitely suggest that you add this your baseball/softball arsenal! And, the colors are amazing! PROPS TO THE INVENTORS! MARTIN

Pros: strong magnets keep the glasses security attached to my hats. Simple setup and not noticeable when wearing.Cons: sometimes the strap comes off when I pull my glasses off. This isn't a huge issue as it is a magnet and sticks right back to the hat.

Absolutely love the lidlash. I am in an out of my office all day an when i am in the field safety glasses are required so i am constantly putting my glasses on an off my hat. They are always falling off an getting scratched an i hate that. Not to mention having to buy new ones because they have been scratched. The lid lash keeps them in place an is small enough that i dont look like a unicorn with it on my head. Thanks guys for your creation

I lost several expensive Sun-glass. Now I only buy cheap one. With this item I can go back to the one I like.Magnet is very strong. Not only on the Hat I can use on shirt pocket. I will never drop Sun-glass or reading glasses.
