I do like Victorinox kitchen knives, they are always supplied razor sharp. This knife is a nice weight to comfortably hold and use, and with it being quite a low price I don't mind throwing it in the dishwasher. A great knife for chopping veg etc.

Well priced. Sharp. Comfortable. Easy to clean. Lasts very long. Best knives come from Victorinox (don’t be mislead by the price and simplistic look, they are true rivals of hypes up expensive products)

Like all Victorinox knives this is great quality and super-sharp. My Victorinox knives need sharpening less often than the, allegedly, much higher quality, German knives I also have. (All are honed after use.)

Nice knife to use, well balanced and sharp. Best to hand wash it though as mine has a rust spot on after putting it in the dishwasher.

Probably the best knife Victorinox makes. Very sharp out of the box. Don't use it for heavy duty tasks, the blade is very thin, this knife is more of a precision instrument.

Scallopped blade releases the vaccumm that can build up when cutting ingredients, preventing sticking to the blade. Lightweight and great handle to hold. Well balanced too! Have used Victorinox knives for years as a Professional chef. Highly recommend.

Great knife, brilliant price

Good sharp knife for the price. It is light and easy to handle and it is sharp. The blade is a good versatile size which can be used for just about any kitchen duty. If you only get 1 knife- this will do most of what you need

めちゃくちゃ切れます。刺身も手前から引いてストン。トントンしていないのに天然アカシア新品まな板が切れてました。溝があり包丁離れも良いです。さすが、ビクトリノックス。包丁専門メーカー顔負けです。

Oh! I love this knife so much... it's light weight, easy to use and super sharp. Cutting vegetables and fruits is a joy if you are using this knife. Beautiful blade.
