This item does an amazing job of pushing air around my house to keep it nice and cool! After it running for more than 5 to 6 hours did not experience any heat coming from it, its stability is firm, you don’t have to worry about it coming loose or it tilting on its own. The noise level coming from it is not bad because the comfort it brings in my house by keeping it cool outweighs that bit of noise. I would say if you were looking for a truly amazing drum fan this one will do the job, it’s worth what its cost, and leaving you happy and cool!

My central air conditioner went out a few years ago and this is cheaper than paying $7000 for a new unit. Their are 3 settings and the difference is noticeable, but not really significant. I use it every night for 8 hours at a time and have so for several months now with no problems. Instructions are easy, just pay attention.A couple of things I would like to point out where people have wrongly commented in the questions.1) this fan ( as noted in the picture - warning label ) is marked "Suitable for household use only" by the manufacturer ... it is a drum fan, not labeled as a shop fan although powerful enough for a small shop.2) it clearly states on the warning label on top of the motor ... "Do Not use an extension cord with this product." It is the very first thing on the label.3) lastly, this fan is great in a house. As long as you don't have any loose papers in the room where you are using it there should not be any problems.On a side note: it is a little loud. I like it because it drowns out external noise when I am sleeping. However, I have to either shut if off or go to another room if I want to talk on the phone ( fan on low setting.) And you can't really have it on if you are watching television unless you have some great speakers.

I am a fan person from a child. I have a Patton fan in my room GREAT. My kids room has three fans two kids each have a fan then a fan that blows the cool air at night from the window. There room gets extremely hot even with AC and now summer their room upstairs it's like a sauna. AC is on about 8 am because of their room I could just give them my love Patton fan but I can't so I searched for amazon industrial fan that would cut out the AC used and remove at least one fan my bills are screaming 😢 Searching for a good fan without having to do to much put together. I am horrible and my son is even worse if it doesn't have a remote or touchscreen you better get prepared for the rush fall apart job or someone's going to the ER I have kids cats and dogs can't risk it. After reading the reviews everyone delighted and key word simple to put together YAY. They were not lying mistaken. The fan is GREAT my son wants one and I want one downstairs now. It blows oh my goodness and I don't know how it's blowing so cool in the midst of heat. No more AC in the am and two fans out. I have it on the lowest setting cause it circulated and blows fantastic. There was no major out together lining up blades screws it was already done I seen a couple reviews that they had to even put blades in and talking about a wheel so I kept searching THANK YOU FOR THIS. It can get loud I turned it up just to test it and posters blew off the wall 😂 I guess that's the industrial side of this fan. This is the one you want.

The fan arrived undamaged, went together pretty easily and works great. Only 4 stars because of the legs and wheels. The fan itself is very sturdily made, quiet, and puts out LOTS of air. I normally just run it on low and that is plenty when I'm working outside or in the garage. The legs and wheels are NOT sturdy and I think the gauge of metal used in the legs is thinner than the fan casing. The wheels snap onto the legs and have an alignment pin that DOES NOT ALIGN well with the matching holes in the legs, so the wheels pop off whenever I hit a bump when wheeling it in and out of the garage. And the plastic brackets don't have enough extra space for my to get an automotive hose clamp around them to hold them in place. But overall, this fan is sturdy and it did have a 5 year warranty, which is much longer than similar fans on Amazon. I would purchase this again even with the wheel issue, which I hope they fix.

Fan itself is decent. Motor works well and puts out good air. I would rate it 5 stars if it weren't for the cheap plastic wheels which quickly broke, so I am deducting one star. Net result, 4-star rating.UPDATE: The seller contacted me and generously gave me a partial refund which was more than sufficient to compensate me for the wheels. I am adding back one star to make this a full 5-star review. That said, one thing to be cautious of: I am a young guy and so this is easy for me to carry, so in the end I can live with not having wheels. If you are a senior citizen, small female, etc., carrying it around might be a bigger issue.

You never know what you are getting when you buy online. This fan is sturdy. It’s easy to adjust. Gets air moving perfectly to cool down a space. Very happy with this purchase
