The only reason I didn't give this product a 5 start rating was because there were no instructions on how to put the lace locks on the shoes. I had never used these before but have a 7 year old that runs around with his shoes untied and was anxious to try these. It took about 45 minutes of google searches to figure it out. But absolutely love them now!

Takes a bit of fussing to get it right and once you cut it there's no turning back. I feel like even though it looks right and slides on and off the way I wanted, the top of my foot starts to feel irritated by my sock about halfway through the day, especially if the socks aren't a very tight weave. I'm using them on Brooks Ravenna sneakers. The grey was lighter than expected. Black looks great, much preferred to the hot pink my sneakers came with.

I had to find a YouTube video from another seller to figure out how to install them. It says refer to a non existent manual or seller page. Neither of which had instructions. Other than that hassle, they do as they say and look like regular laces which is what i wanted.

Really like being able to order kid size/length, sometimes the elestic laces are a one size and cutting them makes them fray no matter what you do. Kid size laces are perfect in adult shoes when using the clips that come with laces if your not leaving end to tie laces with

These are great for regular useage meaning you can just use these elastic shoe strings to tie a tight knot that most likely won't come out but as far as these being a unique shoe string with metal clips etc that don't work... that is not what they are. You can buy regular elastic for that matter.

Bought these for my daughter who can't tie shoe laces on her own and they work perfectly. With these no-tie laces she doesn't need my help getting dressed in the morning. Thanks!

These were great. I ran out of elastic for corona masks and were able to use these instead. These worked great.

This is my second pair of elastic laces. I'm glad they updated the clips from plastic to metal. The plastic ones catch on my socks when putting on or taking off my shoes. The metal clips are much thinner and the hooks have a smaller opening.

I bought a few pairs of xpand laces a couple of years ago and loved them. All 3 pairs have lasted really well but on one pair of my shoes, I installed the laces horribly wrong. They still worked but I made the laces too tight so I always had a slight bit of pain from it. I wanted to get a new pair to replace them.I bought one pair in purple (thankfully not more than just one pair because I'd have felt I wasted way more money than I would be willing to part with) and received a pair of laces that were not only a gaudier, brighter purple than my old ones, but I failed to see they now come with stainless steel clips instead of the nicely muted colour of plastic clips like the ones I had before. The clips feel quite flimsy so I'm a bit concerned they will last and because they are bright metal, they stand out like a sore thumb against my shoes.If these are the new and improved laces this company sells, this will be my last pair. With the changes I've seen comparing old ones to new ones, I personally don't think it has improved. They work but I don't really like what I received.

Ok product, less "soft" than other ones I got, but accomplish it purpose.They are shorter than the average, so are good for snickers out lower shoes, if you want them for high boots I recommend checking the length, I have 3 holes without laces in my 8" safety boots. (Not a big deal for me)

I purchased these for my daughters winter boots to make it easier to get on and off as they're both in grade school. Worth it purchase and we're located in Canada so winters can be harsh and so far so good holding up!

Was not a fan at first however laces did grow on me. Easy to tie up and knots are hard to untie.

I bought this for my kids and I love it, I dont have to tie their shoes anymore, I find them a little bit expensive for a pair of shoelaces but they are really nice
