Covers almost everything

This book is great and covers most items at a basic level. The life span list of some items seems a little short but being over prepared for replacement of large building systems is better than being under prepared. I didn't see anything regarding building envelope maintenance or repair, which was a little disappointing. Overall a good addition to the library.
