I can't get my wifi to connect to my phone and computer....

Great picture. Easy to setup. I started with cameras which I am very pleased with. I have plans to add additional cameras to cover other areas and indoors. Easy to setup on both my wife's and my android phones. I like being able to set exclusion zones, which help prevent false alarms.

System itself works just as it should. Really great picture, it’s so good I can almost make out what my husbands looking at on his phone. The installation was pretty cut and dry and went as smoothly. The only reason I’m not giving a 5 star is because the directions for the app are vague, the app they say to use is so outdated there’s a complete different app to use now, it took two days worth of tinkering with stuff plus a 50$ repeater to make it y’all to the apps on our phones. I was hoping with as much money as I fished out for this I wouldn’t need anything extra and I unfortunately did and was super bummed. However the product was great as was the shipping no damage.

I had that system for 2 years now. One camera failed 3 months ago and now the main control system totally failed also. The worst part is there is no more camera or main controller to replace the original one. It looks like the CO is going out of business, so stay away from them. Now I need to buy a completely new system.

So I ordered on Saturday and received this system on Sunday. Super impressed with the quick shipping and packing.I proceeded with set up and the nvr started up right away and acknowledged the 1 camera we had plugged in. Picture quality good so far. Installed the app for remote access. Registered with user name and password.So now for the bad.... I cannot find any info for technical support. I have tried multiple times to access the settings and it tells me "user does not exist"... I didn't take that personally. I literally have tried repeatedly and cannot access my account.I also cannot access the system remotely. It brings up the app accepts password but will not discover the device or cameras.I'd be happy to update this review once I have it up an running correctly.Hey tech support.... I need help .Update... I received emails within an hour with technical support information. Thank you for responding so quickly.I however discovered what was the problem. The user manual was not very clear about first time sign in. There was another pamphlet that was more clear on signing in to set up your user information.Now that I am on line, I can change settings, perform playback and use all the functions. I also am finally able to receive mobile viewing. The picture is very clear. Sound is good. The only reason I am giving upgrades to 4 star instead of 5 is i haven't had a chance to utilize all the functions.

Lonnky security camera system is a great system at an affordable price. I use it for home perimeter security and surveilence. Day and night clarity is very good. The NVR is very dependable with recordings and device interface.

It all works great and easy to set up, however we can't get the audio to work/come on.
