The hardwood floor cleaner was easy to use and it worked great. Read through the directions and did what it said and was done in no time. The floor looked great after I was done. Oh, the base part of the floor mop is shorter than the pad and cut at an angle. Didn't know what that was about until I used it. The extra width on the pad goes up on the baseboard.

I purchased this because the contractor who refinished one of our solid oak hardwood floors with what he assured me was just like the old finish we've had for 25 years recommended it. None of the other rooms needed done, only one from water damage due to an aquarium that leaked. The new finish is not as good so I purchased their recommended product. It's okay but requires a lot of mopping then drying with another towel to clean the floor and it still leaves occasional "water" spots. Time will tell if it helps preserve this new Swedish finish but so far it's just okay.

The very first time our cleaning lady tried to use the mop, the handle broke in half. I would not recommend this product! I ended up going to Home Depot and buying a more sturdy O'Cedar Mop.
