Short life — about 2 years

This is the model we needed to replace after several years of tough service in our backyard waterfall. These pumps are not indestructible and we've had plenty of issues over the years with different conditions known to kill pumps (particularly running with the water level way below where it should be). This is our third pump in 8 years so let's say we got 4 years each out of the first two, but given periodic problems I was surprised the second lasted as long as it did. In any event, I placed this new one two months ago and it hasn't skipped a beat. When the time did come for this replacement, I was very pleased with the ability to acquire it quickly and without fuss from Amazon.

Used in pond w/ fish, so runs 24/7. This is third one over the last 20+ years. Works great and why I keep buying them.

Very sturdy pump. A bit heavier than the one we had prior, but likely because it is made better and pushes a bit more water through the pond waterfall.

Hope this one lasts as long as the previous one of 15 years.

It worked as advertised.Seamless

Plastic housing cracked and now the pump is good for nothing more than a bubbler. The housing cracked about 2 weeks after the return window so I am stuck with it as it seems. The crack prevents it from providing adequate pressure to move the water back to the top of the pond. So sad!

This is the second one we've owned. The first one burned out due to owner error ☹️ Which is why we purchased the same one again. Works like a charm
