If you aren't agile yet... Or claim ...
If you aren't agile yet... Or claim to be agile but still trying to get the testing process engaged... Read this but don't read it alone. Engage the developers who care about the testing process. You won't and can't change this overnight but you CAN change it. Start with this book. Many things are outdated to the success of agile but start here. Then follow Janet Gregory in her success to move it to higher successes. Hopefully you have someone in management who can lead by experience.

Good guide
If you are a scrum master with a role as trainer or coach this is an excellent book to help breach the gap between dev and test teams. It still focus a little bit too much on testing as a separate activity and I would like to see more TDD and continuos integration, as well as the role of the QA teams in the development of the software, but overall a great guide.

Keep your eyes opened
In most cases I was interested but sometimes I felt the values are unreal from my developer's perspective, more like wishes, so keep eyes open when reading and certainly adjust your context.
