For us, this was an auxiliary freestanding freezer, capacity 68 litres, to complement our existing fridge freezer. We ordered one day and it arrived the next even though we only opted for standard delivery - marvellous service by the supplier.We followed the instructions to wait a while after unpacking, then switched on and the freezer whirred into life.The temp setting is not graduated in degrees just a rotary dial numbered 1 - 4. I stuck strips of black adhesive foam to the front of each drawer then, after a few hours, checked the temp with a good infrared thermometer. I adjusted the dial to 3 which gave -18C on the bottom drawer - perfect. NB: Our room ambient temp was 20C.I am well pleased with our purchase which looks great in black.

Very practical especially at this time while I'm isolating. This little freezer packs a lot of stuff. The draws are deep and long while it fits nicely in my home. Very polished patent black, looks beautiful, modern design. I'm very happy with this purchase. Had some delivery problems which is understandable during this time but the seller was prompt to respond and solve it. I have no reservations recommending this freezer and this seller. Great product and brilliant service.

The freezer is exactly what I wanted. It is quiet, neat with deep drawers, will hold a surprising amount of food and fits just where I wanted it to. Delivery was on time and the delivery man put the freezer in the room I wanted it in. Quick and simple, five minutes to undo the packaging and follow the instruction before filling it ...simple very pleased with it.

It's been running for just over a month now and seems to be working fine in this extreme heat.It arrived with undamaged packaging, but when this was removed it revealed a small dent on the side panel and another near the base, but as these are hidden from view when installed it doesn't really matter. Hence 4 stars for cosmetic damage. It's very quite although the motor does seem to run frequently. This is a replacement freezer and as our space is limited there isn't room for a larger one and the choice of 50cm wide ones is very limited.I suspect that all the models like this one are generic from a Chinese manufacturer and just "badged" differently for each seller, be that Russell Hobbs or any other brand. (The all have "stuck on" brand labels.) Whether there is any difference in quality control with the different prices (different "badges") it's not possible for the consumer to know.Storage capacity depends on your needs and space, but what's there is well utilised.

There is nothing to dislike about this product,its pleasant to look at and does a good job. The service and Super fast delivery was far less painful than that you encounter from the more well known retailers . All in all A***** For both delivery and the effiency of the appliance.

Very happy with this. 3 deep drawers. Adjustable legs for stability. Easy to change door to other side. For the price we couldn't ask for better.

I'm more than pleased with the freezer. having had quite a few in the past. I find that the finish, the drawer layout and most certainly the price, makes it a top product. Delivery great and on time.

bought a fridge and freezer from cookology Big mistake wish I never had. within the first month, the cookology logo started falling off the door. At about the same time the bottom door tray that's meant for bottles had a crack in it although it was only used for milk and pop. The shelves have few options to adjust on height.then the freezer top draw fell out and smashed to pieces the stops didn't work as they should. I rang them up and they sold me another draw for £30 I then canceled the draw about 10 minutes later but they still sent it and charged me I have now noticed that the bottom draw on the freezer has a crack at the back. cheap and nasty and poorly made wouldnt buy again or recommend .buy at your peril
