I have an 04 Duramax with known injector failures, I run this stuff at a 1:1 ratio with FPPF cetane and mix it at their medium mix level. Completely stops all injector clicking. Roughly 1 MPG increase. Will never run a tank without it.

Love this stuff. I use around 10oz each time which is about the recmd. amount. I notice better starts without doubt. I notice a slight power increase too. I notice it more when I DON'T run it since I get used to the smoother power when it's in there. I also have the engine parked a lot and this seems to keep the fuel in good shape until I start it up again. I wouldn't use anything else!
