Winter Thermal Fleece Cycling Jacket Men Windproof Warm Cycle Wear

This is an excellent quality jacket and does an excellent job blocking the wind while remaining just breathable enough as not to trap too much heat and moisture. The other day the temperature was about 58° and windy. I just wore a cotton T-shirt underneath and it was perfect. Today’s ride was 50° and also quite windy and I just had a long sleeve thin thermal undershirt and was perfectly comfortable for my 20 mile ride. It fits perfectly and the arms shoulders and back stretch just right. I am 5’10” 215 pounds with an athletic build, fairly muscular upper body and 38 inch waist and the XL fit absolutely perfectly. When I zip the neck all the way up it’s a little snug but hopefully I’ll lose another 10 pounds and it will loosen up a little bit. But even today, zipped up it really wasn’t too tight. I did keep it that way the entire ride to keep the cold wind from going down my chest so it was tolerable. Pockets are deep and easily accessible with the zippers. Looking forward to enjoying this jacket for many miles to come. It’s stylish as well. I just got the simple black, which has some reflective piping on the arms shoulders and a little on the back. Great value I would highly recommend this to anyone.

This is a great Fall jacket. I was impressed with the quality of fabric, zippers, and workmanship. I would rate it as a Fall jacket. Great for 40's, when it dips to the 30's I use a quality base layer. The price is a bargain!

Good jacket, I thought it would be bigger. I got the 2 xl . I’ll wear it more like spring & fall

The jacket is very well made. It's a bargain for the price.However, it is a COLD weather jacket. If you are ACTIVE it is too heavy for temps over 39 degrees.If you're going to be walking or lounging outside or playing with the kids I'd say you can wear this jacket at temps between 40 and 43, but no higher.If you are active at all, I would recommend not wearing this jacket unless it is under 35 degrees, and depending on how active you will be, I would probably recommend not wearing the jacket unless it is under 34 degrees.It is not that breathable, probably not at all, but given it has a zipper I just kept it mostly unzipped. I was only walking at 4 mph and the temp was 39 degrees. I had the jacket all the way open and eventually had to take it off.When it was 33 and I was on my bike I had only a tech t-shirt under the jacket and I was very warm.The challenge is that once you perspire it will be hard to regulate your temperature when you are more or less active.But for me, I'm going to wear it only when I am running or biking in temps around 33 or under.If that fits your profile then you'll like the jacket.Or, if you are a casual walker, you'll be fine from 39 to 45.

5'6" 133 lbs. 48 1/2 in chest 29" waist and the small jacket fit perfect. Needed for a little more insulation under my leather motorcycle jacket. Haven't got to try it out yet on a ride so I can't comment on it for wind resistance. Also perfect fit for me was close to the body with just enough room for maybe a thermal shirt underneath. Sleeve length was perfect so when reaching for the bars the sleeves didn't ride up my arms. Seems well made although the zippers seem a little flimsy, hence the reason for only 4 stars. I would recommend.

The fabric is not the high-end, but so far it is durable and decent looking. Excellent wind breaker and just warm enough to ride in the 40s. Water resistant too. Glad I bought it!

I LIKE THIS! 1st, it arrived earlier than estimated and I appreciate that. 2nd the look and feel when I tried it on is great. I put it on to wear while I ran some errands and the weather is is the upper 40s-low50s. Comfortable, warm without getting too warm and looks great (got a "He looks good!" stare from a younger lady).

I originally ordered a small , my chest is 38.5 and the size chart for small said 41.7, so I figured I'd have a little xtra space . Wrong !! The small was so tight it looked like it was painted on me. So I returned that one for a large. Which actually fit pretty well. I plan on using the jacket for hiking and golf, so I wanted to have room for a couple layers of clothing under neath. nothing bulky, just a few layers. It's a well made jacket and does move pretty well with your body. As far as warmth, it's just OK ...nothing special . Which was a disappointment . I am 5'10 about 165 pounds ...31 waist 38.5 chest and the large was perfect. The size chart is not accurate at all ...

This is my first cycle jacket and I’m glad I switched to it from my tracksuit jackets. I wish I’d had it when some idiot swerved into the cycle lane to catch me with a puddle! It’s much warmer than a tracksuit jacket, comparable with a much thicker, heavier top. It stops wind, even in these cold evenings. I’ve used it for jogging, and in 4 degrees, had to unzip it as was too warm, and I’ve hiked 7km wearing this jacket and a thin body warmer and it was adequate. Comparable to wearing a lot more, heavier clothing. I guess for me that’s the benefit, it is extremely light for the warmth/waterproof and slim fit it gives.Nicely made, good quality, nice fit, looks really good, waterproof, loads of possible uses from sports to just going out. It seems a nice item and has made me consider more jackets like this.

Ich habe eine Jacke gesucht zum Fahrrad fahren für die kalte Jahreszeit. Ich fahre gerne auch mal bei 0 Grad oder darunter. Da muss man dann schon mehr anziehen als ein langärmeliges Fahrradtrikot und ein Unterhemd. Die Jacke habe ich heute bei 6 Grad ausprobiert und bin begeistert. Da geht kein Wind durch, und mit einem ärmellosen Unterhemd und langärmeliges Fahrradtrikot war es eher noch zu warm. Da ist also noch Luft nach unten in den Temperaturen. So soll es sein. Ich habe Größe M bestellt bei Körpergröße 1.77 und Gewicht 75kg. Passt optimal. Schade, dass es die Jacke nicht in rot gibt, oder zumindest in rot/schwarz. Aber auch in schwarz macht die Jacke einen recht schicken Eindruck.

"Eigentlich" gefällt mir die Jacke ganz gut, sie wirkt recht wertig verarbeitet. ABER ... ich hätte sie erstens eine Nummer größer nehmen sollen. Meine Wahl M ist zwar recht gut passend (nicht ZU eng und auch nicht ZU weit am Körper, 1.75m/73kg) - aber außer ein langes und ein kurzes T-Shirt ging bei mir nicht mehr drunter. Das ist mir aber zu wenig, denn bei meinen Fahrgewohnheiten wäre mir das zu kalt wenn ich bei weniger als 5 Grad durch die Gegend fahre. "Thermo für Winter" - naja, man muss sich m.M.n. schon gut bewegen um bei kalten Temperaturen nicht zu frieren. Außerdem empfand ich die Ärmel als eine Spur zu eng. Zweitens finde ich es ziemlich irritierend, dass der Reißverschluss "falschrum" ist (rechte/linke Seite vertauscht) gegenüber allen meinen anderen Jacken. Drittens finde ich die Art wie die Reflektorstreifen angenäht sind eigenartig. Diese sind überall, auch an den Ärmeln, nur auf einer Seite (natürlich schon in Längsrichtung) fest und könnten somit hoch-/umklappen (siehe Foto). Das trifft nicht so meinen Geschmack, alles andere gefällt mir durchaus. Sehr gut finde ich diese Gummierung am unteren Saum, der soll wohl ein Hochrutschen verhindern, evtl. macht er das auch. Ich werde sie - hauptsächlich wegen der falsch gewählten Größe - erstmal zurück schicken.Nun bin ich unschlüssig, ob ich diese Jacke nochmal eine Nummer größer nehme (und über die Mankos Reißverschluss und Reflektorstreifen hinweg sehen kann/will) oder vielleicht eine ganz Andere (natürlich auch größer, die Größen-Tabellen sind ja oft recht ähnlich). Die Fütterung/Wärme ist vermutlich bei allen Jacken dieser Preisklasse recht ähnlich; somit brauche ich wohl eine, bei der ich was drunter ziehen kann...

Material relativ leicht und anschmiegsam. Optisch ohne Besonderheiten (schlicht). Wer zwischen M und L steht, sollte L wählen. Reißverschluss zwar andersrum, aber läuft gut. Armbündchen sehr gut. Keine Rückentasche, keine Schlüsseltasche und nur zwei Bauchtaschen, also nur für Leute die nicht viel mitnehmen wollen. Rückenparty komplett aus dünnerem Stoff.
