My Four Eskimo sons Carve Ivory and Baleen for Bracelets & Ear-rings.It is the "shine" that sells. We turn flat black baleen into "black glass".We depend upon the quality of these "buffs" for the luster and brilliant shinefor the past 18 years, We would never consider using anything else.

The description states the wheels are hard 50 ply buffing wheels.they do not seem to me to be hard... they seem rather soft and split in the middle when applying pressure.They may be as advertised however I was expecting them ro be less pliable and polish better

My husband used this to buff stainless steel trim for an antique vehicle that he is restoring. No complaints and would recommend this product for your buffing needs.

I have never had to check the ply count on a buffing wheel before, but just take note that these are "50 ply" which means they are only 1/2" wide, I had to use both of them to replace the old wheel. So glad it was a 2 pack, but some might not have a lot of use for such a skinny wheel.

Looks like this will work perfectly for my polishing job. Will try these with my 3/8 corded drill. You just need to by a 1/2 in shank to attach to the drill.

I bought them to polish a Knife I had made, and it worked really well. The compound I used was sub par, but the wheels worked great and as expected.

I polished about 40 square feet of stainless steel sheet. Wheels stood up well but are starting to loose stictching but will still work okay. I probably should have ordered 2 yellow wheels. The buffing wheel (white) is just that. For polished a perfect finish like car waxing. The yellow wheel would almost bring it to a perfect finish.

Fit perfect on my bench grinder.Used Yellow disc for cutting and the other for fine polishing.Works great!
