I had to do some research and found these to be the best for the purpose. Sizes are on the larger side and give you gradual increased circumference as needed for your journey. No pain, only you control what level you need as you need it. Good value for the money.

Amazing quality! Suggested by pelvic floor physical therapist and wish I would have ordered these years ago. I use them for both PT and intimate, more fun times. The dilators and wand I have from the same brand are both amazing quality. Super easy to clean silicone. My wand is around 5 years old and still seems brand new, so I anticipate these will last, as well. Only downside is the new bag they come in does leave lint on dialators, so it's nice but they do need to be rinsed off before use, if stored in the bag. Personally, I just store mine on a cotton, low lint, kitchen towel in a drawer and only use the bag for traveling.

I went to pelvic floor physical therapy, and part of the next step was continuing the work at home at my own pace. I must say these dilators really helped me both physically and mentally to overcome what I was going through. The dilators are soft and definitely worth the price. They come in different sizes, which makes them perfect for anyone who wants to start step by step. I was also surprised by how comfortable the grip was, especially since it was my first time using something like this.

I was raped the first time I had sex. Since then, I've had an incredibly difficult time relaxing when trying to have sex. I always used lube, but I would still chafe and bleed. I had to stop my partner halfway through because it hurt so badly. It was to the point where I didn't want to have sex because I knew I would just keep hurting. I figured it would be best for me to start with large pack because I always used Super Plus tampons growing up, and I could easily fit 2-3 fingers inside myself. With the large kit, it took me about four months to get up to the largest size, but I can now comfortably use it if (1) I'm in the right headspace and (2) if I have lube. I use the dilators once a day for approx 20 minutes. I had sex with a partner a couple of weeks ago, and this was the first time in my life I didn't bleed or have to stop. It was still slightly painful for me (even with lube), but it was insignificant enough that we had sex multiple times. Prior to using these dilators, I never would have dreamed that possible. It's still a work in progress, but I would absolutely recommend these dilators to anyone in a similar situation. Logistics: The box is discreet and shipping is discreet. The dilators look very "clinical" in the sense that they're not gaudy or you wouldn't instinctively associate them with a sex toy. I always put lube on the dilators, they feel fine upon insertion. The logo is etched onto the side of the dilators - personally, I couldn't feel the logo at all while using them. The dilators are flexible, which is good. They move to fit in all the right spots inside your body. In terms of sizing, I also wish there was a size between #11 and #12, that would have made the transition a bit easier. However, it is still doable to jump between the two.

Customer service reached out and was very responsive with the problematic directions and value. This company does seem to truly care. I hope now that I have better instructions they do help improve my pelvic floor health.

Easy to use.

Recently married and waiting until married. I had a lot of pain with penetration to the point where I was in tears and had to stop after a minute or less. After a few months, we decided that I should get checked out by a doctor to see what is going on. The doc recommended pelvic floor physical therapy and through the PT I was introduced to the dilators. Over time I am now able to have pain free penetration through the PT and ultimately using the dilators on the daily. I would highly recommend if struggling with painful penetration or even pain with getting a tampon in!!

Actually works. I had vaginismus for 10 years and it was a painful problem for me. Although looking back, I actually did not physically need this smaller set, I used it fully starting from the smallest, and it was a huge confidence-booster. I worked through all the sizes in two weeks, spending five days on the first one! I was never in pain once. I also realized that lube can make a huge difference for me in general. The one downside is that the name of the manufacturer is impressed into the shaft, which was noticeable and very slightly uncomfortable when it was twisted (this is part of the exercises you do) where the imprint didn't make it as smooth as it could have been. On the larger size set the manufacturer has done away with this and has put the name of the manufacturer at the base - smarter. I would recommend this to anyone.

I don’t see the purpose

I liked the silicone material of the dilators which makes it not too hard and uncomfortable to use. They are easy to wash, just hand soap and water and some toilet paper to wipe the water off. I made progress faster than I had anticipated! My goal is to reach size 6/7. I like the small pouch it comes with to carry the dilators. I utilised water based Durex lubricant with the dilators while practicing with them. The website offers useful advice for progressing to the next size up. I am very satisfied with this purchase!
