Tent was fine, but damaged in delivery
The tent box was open and a tear in the tent upon delivery, but decided to try and repair the rip instead of going through the hassle of returning it and waiting for a new one to be redlivered

The poles all broke.
After 3 years of moderate use, 5 poles broke in quick succession. Closer inspection showed fatigue cracks propagating from the punch marks where the dowels were peened in place on almost all the pole joints (see photos). Customer services did not consider this to be a manufacturing fault.On top of this, the inner tore in 3 places by the zip, and the groundsheet quickly became porous. A quick search for other reviews shows my experience is far from unusual. Sadly, Wild Country / Terra Nova are no longer making the quality tents they used to.
