Dieser Ratgeber eignet sich gut, um unerfahrenen Eltern durch die Blume zu sagen, wie man es anders besser machen kann. Viele junge Eltern sind sich nicht dessen bewusst, dass ein Leben ohne Regeln, Grenzen, Konsequenz (im positiven Sinne) für sie und ihre Kinder in der Zukunft große Probleme bereithalten wird. Es geht nicht um Strenge, sondern um Sicherheit für alle Beteiligten. Das Buch gibt viele Anregungen für die Gestaltung eines freudvollen Miteinanders mit den Kindern. Eine farbige Gestaltung der Abbildungen wäre noch ansprechender gewesen.
