For the price you pay, you'd struggle to find a more comfortable chair with as many features as this has. The faux leather does not feel cheap or plasticky but is smooth and soft. The seat and padded back are extremely comfortable, the reclining action is smooth and the rocking and swivel motions all combine to make the chair superb value for money.I did not buy the chair for the massage or heat functions, but they are a nice extra to have, although the massage is just a gentle vibration effect, and the heat does just what you would expect.The chair was delivered in one large box, but I had an excellent 2 man delivery team who took it out of the box and carried it up one flight of stairs for me, then proceeded to dispose of the box as well. Fantastic, thank you guys.Putting the chair together was relatively simple - I am a woman and did it on my own - although it would have been easier with two people because lining up the brackets as well as the power cables was a little tricky single handed, but not impossible.Time will tell as to the longevity of this chair, but it seems sturdy and robust so far and I'm hoping for it to last a few years at least.On the whole, if you're on a tight budget and looking for this type of chair, this one is definitely worth considering and I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again should the need arise.

Lovely comfy chair , very easy to assemble and operate , reclines nicely and comfortable for long sittings , NFL , football etc . Rocker and swivel a nice addition, massage section seems good , not had a prolonged go with it yet , bought it as a chair recliner so the massage is an added bonus for me . Just a bit miffed I didn’t wait a few days as it’s dropped in price by 15% but that’s the way it goes sometimes but all in all a great value comfy chair and one I’d recommend for the money

Nice chair, well made. Take out of the box for moving into the house. Leave the back off, so it can fit though just fine. Easy to assemble. Very comfortable.

I bought two of these chairs for my new orangery. They are fabulous. Well worth the money.
