Quaality at a reasonable price.
Great for Gym. The clarity of the music frees your mind to concentrate on the routine you are doing. Plus the noise blocker is ideal to use on the Pistol range. So comfortable you forget you are wearing them.

This one is a winner!
I own two properties, amounting to over 2 acres of grass to mow. I have purchased 3 sets of hearing protectors w/radio over the years (major brand manufacturer.) But when I looked at the features of the ZOHAN, I decided to order it, and use it for a few weeks before submitting a review. I have found it to be an excellent choice! They are reasonably comfortable to wear (although I don't think wearing any headphones while bouncing around on a lawn mower for 2 or 3 hours is truly a "comfortable" experience.) That having been said, these headphones DO block out much of the mower noise, and the radio works well. The four buttons allow the wearer to easily change stations, program only the stations that one likes to easily switch saved stations without looking at the LCD display. The only issue I had was inadvertently programming a station that I didn't want put into memory mode. The direction sheet that comes with the headphones is clear...except it didn't include directions about deleting a saved station. I ended up emailing the manufacturer's support for assistance, and received a quick reply from someone named "Pitt." Very impressive. Hence, I'm including the directions I received. Buying a great product at a fair price, along with good customer support seems to be getting more rare these days...so I was pleased to give this product a well-deserved positive review.Customer service directions for deleting a radio station as follows:1. Short press the M key to choose the channel you want to delete.2. Long press and hold the M button; the numbers on the screen will flash.3. Short press the M button while the numbers are flashing, then the screen will display "---" to confirm the deletion.4. If you need to delete all channels, repeat step 1,2,3 for all saved channels.5. Nothing happens when you short press the M key (there is no number in front of the channel.

Very good product with many positive attributes considering the price with one minor issue
18 Month Review - Still very happy with the product. Despite all of my abuse (dropping it, banging it into tree limbs, etc.) it's still working fine with my IPOD. Occasionally use the FM radio but my original review of it's limited range still stands. Battery life is excellent, getting 4+ hours of use from a single set of rechargeable batteries. Would purchase this again if/when I need a new one.6 Month Review - Very happy with the product, all of the pluses in my original review still apply without any new negatives. I've used the headset around a 100 times (dropping it at least twice) and in general treating it rough like I unfortunately do to all of my equipment. Still going strong, highly recommend it based upon my original review comments.Initial Review: First - this is an unsolicited review, I don't do "requested" reviews and only review products that I have purchased for my own use. I was looking for a "lower" cost noise cancelling ear protection headset and didn't want to spend a lot of money for it seeing as how I can be hard on my equipment. My primary use is for outside with mowing and leaf blowing activities in the summer/fall and snow blowing in the winter. I've had this product for 3 weeks and have used it 6 times. What I like about this product:1.) reasonable cost, 2.) comfortable/light weight feel, 3.) very good noise cancelling capability, 4.) excellent audio reproduction, 5.) simple, easy to understand/use controls, 6.) good battery life (4+ hours on a set of double A rechargeable batteries and probably longer - I changed them at that point), 7.) clear, easy to understand instructions, 8.) AUX port for my IPOD.What's not good:FM radio reception range. I'm only able to pick up radio stations within about 10-15 miles (central NJ near the shore). Not sure if this is typical for this product or similar products in that this is the first one I've owned. Fortunately, there are a couple of decent FM Stations nearby that I can pick up, but it would have been nice to have had a greater range. Not sure of the AM radio reception range, I don't listen to AM.Conclusion: I'd buy the product again. My intention was to listen to my IPOD anyway, so the diminished FM range is not really an issue for me. If you're looking for the radio as your primary music/news source, then this may not fit well particularly if you're in a rural area.My rating of 4 stars is based on the pluses listed with the minus involving the FM range. The product "feels" solid and well made. I'm guessing that it will hold up well to my use, which as mentioned earlier, can be quite rough.I'll update this review in about 6 months after my winter use with a snow blower.

Extreme battery life
The decibel reduction is very good, and they are very comfortable. I wear them while running my farm tractor, mowing our field, logging, grading our driveway, and they reduce the noise so much you can have the radio volume low & hear it fine. They are much more comfortable than a pair I had from Home Depot & those went through a lot of triple A batteries 3 at a time. This unit takes 2 AA batteries. I had been carrying 2 AA's in my pocket, but after weeks of using them for hours each day 5 to 6 days a week, I put the extra batteries away. I'm still on the first 2 batteries I put in it, and bought this week's ago. The only negative is no blue tooth so if I'm working & get a call, I have to shut down the tractor & take the ear muffs off to talk, but the lack of blue tooth is probably greatly helping the battery life. Since I wear them to save my hearing, not talk on my phone, the comfort & battery life way out weigh the use of Bluetooth. If these ever die, I would definitely buy another pair. Very well made & comes with a pouch to keep them in, so when I'm done, I just hang the pouch on the tractors Rops.

Thumbs up
Got this as a gift and they said it was exactly what they wanted. It protects his ears well and the radio is clear and easy to use. He even sent a photo to me of my granddaughter using them while vacuuming...I'm adding to the above original review because I purchased one for myself. They were right, these are nice headphones. I always have a pair to use for mowing, hand tool noise, etc. My previous ones broke so I can compare the new to my old. The new ones fit more snug which I like. They also have more radio set options which I find very useful. The sound quality is quite good. I am pleased as well with these headphones.
