A great item at a good price
This is really convenient, especially if you're new to meal planning. Personally I like that the main feature is the evening meal, as for me that is the meal that varies the most from day to day and that needs the most planning. It's great if you're busy as you can plan your meals on a Sunday night and then prep everything in advance, and it also helps to save money if you plan around cheap ingredients.

Perfect for meal planning
This What to Eat pad is my favourite method of meal planning. I have tried to meal plan in notebooks before, but inevitably forget about it. The fact that this pad has a nice strong magnet means I cannot ignore it when it's stuck to my fridge. I love this pad because it has room for breakfast, lunches and snacks and not just dinner. I think this pad is very good value considering it will last you more than a year.

Great note pads for those of us who like to be organised!
Love these note pads. Bit expensive but perfect for menu planning - everyone knows what they're getting and when. The super handy magnetic strip on the back sticks securely to the fridge door. This is my second pad - I wouldn't be without one now!!

Great pad for planning the weeks meals ahead
Great pad for planning the weeks meals ahead, a habit I got into when doing slimming world! Good spaces only suggestion I would make is to have a pencil or pen attached too as the one I had previously had one and saved you hunting the house down for one!

A GREAT PAD TO PLAN WHAT TO EAT THEN A GREAT REMIND YOU OF YOUR MENUS BEFORE.
My daughter had this pad which she found a great help especially during the first lock down when some foods were hard to get. Mine stays on my fridge door with the magnet then every time I list my next weeks meals I keep the last one and have them under another magnet to give me ideas on what to eat. A great pad to have in your home, it will be used regularly.

Good idea
Very useful notepad that prevents a lot of food waste. The paper is of a good quality and the magnet on the back is really handy too.

Brilliant as a gift or to get organised!
Brilliant for organised people, or people who want to get organised! It means I can plan ahead the meals we will be eating so I also know what ingredients I need for the week ahead! I use it every week and it's still going strong

Great way to organize feeding a family
I love these meal planning pads. There is a spot for each day of the week to write out the dinner and large boxes to plan breakfast and lunch ideas. My family and I sit down once a week to plan the meals we will have, the things that will happen for breakfast/lunch and then we use the previous week's planning sheet to write out our shopping list.We just turn over the removed sheet and can write out all our items rather than using a separate paper/list. It's a great way to save some paper. If we think of anything through the week that we need/run out of, we just flip up the bottom edge of the current plan and add our item to the top of the next shopping list.

This has helped me meal plan so much. I got the sister pad "All out of" to help the the shopping aspect of it.
I have been getting very serious about meal prepping. At 33 years old I finally figured out how much easier it makes my life and how much easier it is to be healthy. I used to just go to the store and aimlessly buy things that I thought sounded good. At dinner time I didn't really have a plan for what to do with it all. I know it sounds silly, but just coming up with a plan on Saturday or Sunday and then sticking with it helps so much.I bought this and it's partner pad "All out of". I have both pads side by side when I plan my meals. I have my list of regular meals that I do and then try to chose one or two new recipes a week to try. I plan those for nights that we don't have swimming or basketball obligations. I systematically go day by day, writing down what meal we're having and then checking off any additional ingredients I need for it. That way when I get to the store I'm not frantically looking on Pinterest for what I need or just guessing and not having the right stuff. This has helped save me a lot of money by not having a ton of extra stuff that gets wasted. I also have time to prep some of the stuff during the day while my oldest is in school and youngest is napping.I had originally been inspired to meal prep by a health blog I follow. It helped motivate me to start and then finding these pads that keep it all within sight and easy to use has helped a lot. I also love the side area for breakfasts, lunches and grab bag. It helps plan my daughters school lunches and snacks for the week. If she tries to pull the "there's nothing to eat" line with me I point her to the pad where she was able to choose healthy snacks for the week! Meal planning has changed my stress level and family meal time so much. I started about 3 weeks ago and can't believe I waited this long!

Organization at it's best!
We actually love this product. It has a magnet on the back and allows my family to keep track of what we're eating throughout the week. Instead of trying to figure everything out every night, you figure it out on Saturday before you go do your groceries and you have everything you will need. Not only does it help you stay organized but it also helps you reduce on waste because you're only purchasing what you need at the store.
