Q: We have one of these in our office. When we're all at our desks working, the lights constantly shut-off. How do we keep the lights on for 8 hours?

The timer can be set for 30 seconds to 30 minutes. The detector may not be in range of the working area. Either relocate the detector or add another detector.

Q: Can the osc20-m0w ceiling mount occupancy sensor be used to control 3 separate single phase 20 amp circuits and how can this be done?

oh yea. you can use this sensor to energize a 3-pole lighting contactor or what we call a "definite purpose contactor" rated @ 20-30 amps with a 120 volt coil and run your circuits thru that and its just like one big switch. very simple. these contactors you can get for $25-30 open type and mount in small enclosure or deep junction box.

Q: Candice sensor be set to dim the lights when vacant or will it only turn the lights completely off?

The sensor will only turn the lights on or off.

Q: How many of these can be daisy chained to cover a large office space?

In order to save energy you may not want to cover large spaces. Having said that. I am not sure if these can be daisy chained, however you can parallel number of these through power packs. The quantity that can be paralleled varies from manufacturer to manufacturer.

It lasted 6 years with some help

It is mounted in our garage to turn the lights on when we drive it. It lasted 6 years with intermittent issues but it now randomly turns the light on when the garage is empty and doesn't turn it on when we enter. Great product when it works, not so good on longevity.

Warranty is worthless

Unit is 9 months old. Stopped turning lights on. Called Leviton to initiate exchange. They want you to troubleshoot the unit which isn't a issue but they feel that somehow someone moved the dip switches 14' up after 9 months to make it not work. They now want me to ship them the unit and they will troubleshoot it. About two weeks to do that and then they'll let me know what they're willing to do. In the meantime I have no way to turn on the light because you know, this is the occupancy sensor. They have more time talking on the phone to not warranty the sensor than it cost retail.
