A long size would be a good option for the front & back
If you have a beer belly, as I do it is a little snug . Sleeve length could be a little longer . A long size would be a good option for the front & back . Nice quality Union Made garment , well worth the price. I always wanted to have another one because I was young when I served in Navy . My chest size , arm length, & weight has changed over the years , I look it as seniority .
