Man it is awesome 👌 👏 👍 😍 💖 😎 👌it does have total shield 🛡️ I don’t know who said it doesn’t have total shield I drive in a state where it is illegal with no problems for almost a whole year in the northern part of the state I have seen folks pulled over right beside me we were driving the same speed I also so a state policeman almost have a wreck pulling the car in front of me lol

Worth every penny!

I have used Beltronics radar detectors since the mid 80s and I realize that the Beltronics brand is little more than name only, as it was bought by Escort's parent company several years ago. The good: Older M4 based antenna with very good sensitivity and filtering. The OLED display is great and easily readable. Escort Live lets you see live radar alerts from other Escort/Beltronics users. The bad: The GT-1 bluetooth will not connect with my phone automatically. I have to do it manually every time I try to connect with Escort Live. (it usually takes several attempts to connect) This is extremely annoying. The speaker also sounds distorted and muffled. If these two things get fixed, it would be a great buy at $199. You can get it direct from Escort through eBay for $30 less than this price.

I love the style and the look of itSuckion cup is strong but the wire is too short I wanted to hang it up higher. But I can't because of wire lengthSignal is very weak and it will only pick up if the cop is ahead of the car not to the sides or if the cop behind you.I have made my tests based on a cop car that is running radar.Thinking about returning it

Worst radar I ever had.Super lightweight feels more like an empty piece of plastic… Nothing compares to Belltronics 995.
