Assembly was easy, instructions provided on the USB stick were very nice. Really like the frame and everything, but the laser head stopped working after 10 minutes of use. Instructions says " Laser module can not work: have light but can not engraving anything, maybe weak light button is pressed. When use a long time, a weak light is emitted, possibility the module was broken."Well, the weak light button is not pressed, and we have a 'light' but it will not cut/burn anything. The head is absolutely worthless to me now.Seller, if you can replace the head with a working one, I will change my review. I love the frame, but it is useless without a working laser on it. PLEASE ADVISE.

The finished products look great. Very detailed. That being said it is EXTREMELY slow. A 14x3 (inched, not feet) sign took two days to complete. During that time my computer automatically restarted to install updates which stopped the engraving process and the only way to accurately start half way through is to crop the image, set the laser on its lowest power, eyeball where the laser is active to try to lign it up with where it should be on the item you’re engraving, stop the engraving, put the laser back on the power setting you had it on originally, and start engraving again all the whole hoping that you lined it up correctly. In addition to this, halfway through engraving an image on a $40 cutting board the laser lost almost all its power. I can put my hand under it at full power and feel nothing. Now I’ve wasted that cutting board and the 2 hours it took to assemble the darn thing. Definitely not worth $200

Lazor stop working 30 minutes after use waste of money

Terrible investment! Bought this for my husband & son for Christmas & absolutely nothing was put together! Instructions suck, thank god for YouTube! Ridiculous! Don’t buy this

I used this to make Christmas ornaments with pictures. It takes much longer than I expected but is very effective. Other types of burning is very useful. Good product for the cost.

Update to my review. Dropped it to one star due to the poor customer service. Laser stopped working recently. Emailed seller twice with no response. Had it less than a year and seller claims theres a one year warranty in the description. Itd be a worth while ordeal if the custiner servuce was better. It is a Wonderful piece of equipment. Followed the assembly video exactly and had no issues until now Great addition to the shop!

Engraver works well. Instruction book needs work. It is best to view the video provided to put the engraver together. I am still learning the software but have worked on a couple projects with good results. I recommend this engraver for people just getting started. Also, note that this engraver does not work on metal.

It was easy to put together, for the program that it uses you will need to set your text ratio to 100% in your windows display settings.I'm currently doing my first etch with it, I'll update this with the results
