I highly recommend these organic tinctures by Vimergy. I’m in a relationship with a Marine veteran who has terrible anxiety and anger stress issues with a very difficult time calming down once he gets very angry. We started trying a combination of these relaxation and sleep helpful organic tinctures including organic valerian root, kava kava, this lemon balm here and two others I’m current forgetting the names of but all to help promote calmness and also improve sleep. He’s been trying them daily at bedtime and in improving his quality of sleep it seems to be improving his ability to better handle stress to a degree. Buying organic is important bec it’s a purer quality than others that are not. These seem to be helping his issues and I hope they do for others too. I’d rather go a natural road first and foremost and then if he needs it later he can look into prescriptions with his doctors, but natural in my opinion should always be tried first. Less damage and concerns for the body as prescriptions always have so many adverse side effects.

It definitely gives me calmness and helps me to rest peacefully. After taking these drops in out like a light within 30 to 40 minutes and I'm will rested without being groggy or feeling tired. I only take at night before bedtime. I have a very low tolerance for any medication or supplements.

ive purchased these a few times, they are not bad, not sure if they are working or not. but it is a good brand and i would recommend.

So far is working very well. Specially at night. Taste is not the best but ok. Stress levels are down.

I've been buying it for a while now, and it helps a lot when I'm feeling anxious. I swear by this one, but the last two bottles I just bought look watered down. The liquid should be dark and should paint the water more, at least that's how it used to be. Now it looks clear inside the dropper so it barely paints the water. I get why companies feel the urge to water down their products to gain more profit, but it's just ridiculous to think we won't notice. I'm so deeply disappointed that I have to now go looking for another brand because there's no way I'm going to pay a fortune to have these sent to Mexico only to see it's been watered down. I wish the company could do better. I buy so many other supplements from them and now i'm wondering if they're reducing the quality as well.
