I got this lead rope to use on a mini cow and so far, I have been pleased with it. The rope is nice and thick and smooth and does not give me rope burn when he tries to escape. The clasp is brass and has not shown any signs of deteriorating despite being hung outside on a fence in all sorts of weather. The bright teal and blue color makes it easy to find compared to the black one I tried that I lost within two days!

I've always appreciated Weaver's quality and this is a decent lead. However, you should be aware that it is very slightly more narrow than what I think of as a standard lead rope. It wouldn't be a big deal except that we use Blocker tie rings and because of the thinness of the lead, it pulls through too easily and really isn't functional. It had to be replaced and we can't use. If you don't use these tie rings, it wouldn't be an issue.

Nice lead rope for horses. Comes in many colors and very reasonably priced. Delivery super fast… Durable construction and easy clasp ( not all lead ropes are the same ) Very pleased … length is good for my needs

Awesome to be able to get a Weaver lead rope on Amazon with fast shipping. I don't usually make it to a store in person very often but needed a new lead rope. I already knew the Weaver brand was quality, so was happy to find it on here. The lead rope is great and so was the price. The cord is a bit thinner than I expected, but it isn't a problem. The width was probably listed on here and I missed it. Its more on the thinner lighter side versus the thick heavy lead ropes if you prefer that.
