European 12GB Data only SIM Card. Works in 33 Countries in Europe.

This sim card worked PERFECTLY in London, Amsterdam, Brussels, and Paris.The only issue that I encountered, was in setting it up once we arrived to London (or first destination in Europe). I followed the directions they gave, but it just did not work. I could not adjust my cell phone settings and get it to accept the SIM card. I had to pull the card out, put my old one in, then connect to the airport’s wifi. From there, I was able to update my settings, then re-insert the SIM card. It was annoying as hell, BUT once all of that was done everything was a-okay.I was in Europe over two-weeks and I didn’t use half of my data. I texted the entire trip. I also used the heck out of Google Maps and Apple Maps, because I took public transportation while in the different destinations that we visited. The service was great and never spotty.Bottomline, I highly recommend this SIM card, but try to set up your phone settings before you leave your home airport.

On the package information the APN is provided asMobiledata. I attempted to connect for two days while traveling on a cruise ship in southern Europe and after multiple attempts using the guest services phone on board (without that ability, I would have never been able to get help) I finally got someone in tech support ), I think the primary issue for lack of support when I called was timezones changes.The APN is wrong the tech support informed me that it should be "fast.m2m".Once I got close to land my access is now working thanks GOD. It's been a bit of a nightmare trying to get this esim working and to get support.I'm not likely to use this again. I only purchased this card because of the ease of access as described.I have activated travel sims in different countries and never had the wrong information provided before.***Update**"The representative was kind enough to refund my purchase cause of the conflict on the package, having the wrong APN information making it not functioning for a good portion of my trip. Hopefully they will fix the packaging going forward.

I purchased this card a full two months before I used it. I also purchased a used unlocked T-Mobile branded Samsung Note 4 phone on eBay specifically for this purpose (so I wouldn't have to muck around with my normal phone). Before take off, I put the phone in Airplane mode, inserted the SIM card, and set the APN as directed on the package instructions. When I landed in Bilbao Spain, I turned the phone on, turned off Airplane mode, and within a minute it connected. I traveled by bus for 17 days throughout northern Spain then down to Porto, Portugal and it had a connection 95% of the time (we traveled to some remote areas where there were no cell towers). Most of the time, it showed a 4G LTE connection. Occasionally, it showed "E", but still worked. I used "What's App", Viber, Facebook, email, and a few other apps, and all worked like a charm. I also recommend it to a travel mate who used it in her Verizon Branded iPhone. Hers worked like mine did. The ONLY reason I did not give it 5 starts because there is no way to determine how much data is left (besides connecting support). However, 8 Gigs was more than enough data for 17 days of daily use.

Sim would fail to connect to the network at times, usually when we needed a connection. We were in Dublin city centre and expected seamless connections. When it worked it was fine. This was our lifeline as we were on vacation from Canada. We relied on Skype and Whatsapp for calls.

I ordered four of these data cards before the pandemic for a Mediterranean cruise of Greece and Italy. Which my family finally was able to take this month. I popped these sim cards into our phones when we arrived in Rome. Below is a list of all the places we visited. We experienced full speed 4G access everywhere, even on the ship often near the Greek Isles. We had full speed access at the top of Mt. Etna, at Pompeii, Pisa, all over Rome, Athens, Malta, Sicily, etc, etc. My family was VERY impressed. We have Samsung (S21 family) devices on Verizon. I have used Verizon's international plan in the past, and it was TERRIBLE. My kids like to play Pokemon Go when we travel, to catch all of the regional pokemon, and they were unable to do so on Verizon. I have used Google Fi in the past as well. -- When we next travel to Europe, I will be getting a fresh batch of these data cards. Overall, this was a great option and I would probably get it again. I spent three months in Spain, France, and Portugal. In Spain, it worked perfectly. I was mostly in Madrid and Valencia. It was spotty on the train from Barcelona to Paris. In Paris it was okay. I never get above 3G and it got a bit annoying at times. It didn't work at all in the big parks (like Buttes Chaumont), but at least most public places has free wifi. Most of my time in Portugal was spent in Lisbon and Cascais. It was overall good reception there, but spotty in some areas of the city. Worked well in Monsanto park, but not at all in our apartment building.So, overall, not perfect. It did work much better and was a much cheaper option than my husband's Holiday Orange card that he went with. he had to keep topping it off, which added up (but it did include calling capabilities).

This is my second time buying this card when traveling in Europe.It worked well in Netherlands and Spain.I installed the card on arrival to Amsterdam and right away I could use internet, use Viber and WhatsApp to make phone calls but on arrival to Spain the card didn't work. I couldn't get hold of Tech Support, so ended up sending them email. I got the card working the following day by myself after playing with different phone settings and unfortunately I didn't get reply from Tech support until my trip was over, it took them two weeks to reply. I deducted one star for this.

I purchased the Cellhire sim prior to leaving for a trip to England and Sicily. As I'm not tech savvy I initially changed the APN incorrectly. After re-reading the instructions I fixed the APN and the Cellhire sim worked like a charm in both England and Sicily. I think the price is reasonable vs using roaming from my supplier and looking at some other sim providers. I like having the sim card prior to arrival so I didn't have to deal with language barriers and miscommunications... Would use the Cellhire sim again...

Este chip lo usó mi novio y yo en Europa compre un SIM de una compañía en España, y a mi me duro 1 semana más, mi novio se quedó sin internet por 1 semana y es más barato el SIM y plan de la compañía de teléfonos que este. We used this card in 6 countries in Eastern Europe. When we got to the first country. We popped the card in the phone . Followed the simple instructions and it worked amazing well. Highly recommend this product. We used it the 28 days we were away. Used only 2 gigs and we used it a lot especially google maps. The only thing I would do next time is make sure I had texting and calling. This was only a data card.

Yo la compré para mis vacaciones, estuve 3 semanas en Europa (UK, Francia, España e Italia), me funcionó muy bien, siempre tuve señal y no tuve problema con los datos. Lo usé para mapas, subir fotos a las redes sociales y algunas historias de video.Lo que nunca supe fue cuál era mi número, pero la verdad que no lo necesite. Solo ocupe datos móviles.Tal vez me falto saber como activar el número telefónico, pero como no ocupaba hacer llamadas no fue un problema.Igual podías hacer llamadas por WhatssApp si era necesario.
