I purchased 4 pairs of these curtains for 2 sets of bedroom windows and was very pleasantly surprised at the weight and quality of them for the price that I paid. They had very minimal wrinkles out of the package but I went ahead and put them in the dryer with a wet washcloth for about 5 mins and they came out without a single wrinkle or fold line. (I only put one set in the dryer at a time). The color was exactly as pictured online and matched my quilt perfectly. The first 2 sets were 52”x120” and I only needed 96” length but they were on sale so after hemming them I had enough fabric to make a 4 pillow shams (not pictured) out of the beautiful, soft velvet! (I often purchase longer curtains than I need to make pillow covers & accessories that will match). I decided to order 2 more sets to make my off centered windows look more balanced. They work very well for blocking out light, but I do also have wooden blinds in my windows. They do a great job of keeping the heat from the sun out of one set of windows that get evening sun. All 4 sets were exactly the measurements that I ordered & the stitching was very well done with no lose threads. I first installed them on the pole and they have a 2” header that looked very nice, but because I was extending my existing rod to make my window areas look more balanced I decided to instead use curtain rings so that I wouldn’t have to move the mounting hardware that was already installed. (I just put curtain rings on the part of the rod that was extended past the mounting hardware, then clipped the rings to the curtains). This was an easy adjustment to make my windows appear wider than they are and also make the bed look more centered. You just can’t go wrong by having extra velvet curtains in any room! I only wish that I needed more curtains in my house so that I could put more of them up. I may buy some extra curtains for some sewing projects just because the fabric is SO nice or even a different color set for my bedroom because I tend to switch out my quilt & shams throughout the year, and clipping them on with curtain rings is an easy way to change them. These curtains would make a great gift!

I got the rich emerald green. These are absolutely gorgeous! So soft to the touch and they are good quality. Thick with a nice weight to them. I like that they are green on both sides so outside you can see the color as well. Some reviews said they didn't have to iron but I needed to.DO NOT IRON THE VELVET SIDE!! Iron the back side on low steam setting. They add a classy cozy warmth to the room. I bought them for Christmas curtains but will leave them up through the winter. They do block drafts and light really well.I put 2 sets in my big window but probably could have done 3 sets. I did 1 panel in each regular size windows draped to one side for a little more of a dramatic effect. I ordered gold tassel tie backs but they weren't long enough for multi panels in the big window so I will get some kind of gold wide ribbon or maybe red/green plaid wide ribbon I had from last Christmas but not putting that up till I go full Christmas in a few weeks. I highly recommend you order these curtains,you won't be sorry. They look very expensive. I might order another set for my big window to make it more full and maybe add a second panel to each regular size windows. Don't hesitate to buy these. I've done my homework on tons of velvet curtains and these were the best choice. No regrets for me. So happy with my purchase!😍

Second time purchasing. I used 2 sets (4 panels) of curtains with clip rings to cover this 108" wide picture window for my MIL's new home. Great look and feel on a budget. The color works so well with her paint color and furniture. I had previously bought a set for my home and didn't iron them before hanging, thinking would go back and do it, later. About a month passed, and it was no longer necessary; the wrinkles and creases took care of themselves. Other than a light vacuum here and there, these are low maintenance and block most of the light when closed. I will say one thing.... I purchased the 84" length, and as you can see, I had to hang these very high. I thought it was mis-labeled, but all three sets I purchased were the same. This home has 8-foot ceilings. Just something to consider when purchasing. I don't know if that's how they all are, or if it was just mine.

Amazing quality. They’re not completely room darkening but work great as long as blinds are closed. Rich green color, sturdy yet soft fabric and I just love these. They don’t get dusty or fade.

Great buy for the price! The color is exactly what I wanted and matches my living room perfectly. I was really surprised by the fabric, it's very good quality for this price point! It washed well and dried with no wrinkles, and they hang beautifully. The fabric is soft and sumptuous, and provides the perfect light and sound blocking I was looking for! Very pleased with this buy, just in time for summer!

Great curtains; fabric is heavy velvet with quality stitching. I washed them in cold water then tumble dried on low heat and hung immediately—there are no wrinkles. I actually wanted that “crushed velvet” look with the texture but since they dried smooth I didn’t want to ruin them. These are the hunter green, they look dark even when open but it works. They’re not 100% blackout, but close. The only light that comes in is that where the edges are. This window gets peak sun and hot, not only do these protect from the harsh light but they seem pretty well insulated as the living room remains cool. I will definitely purchase more in the future.

Fantastic!! They’re very thick, soft and classy. I love them so I much they really add a hint of colour to the room and keep the light out! My husband even likes them!

I love my velvet curtains. Because I bought gold they are not very darkening.

These are a nice soft velvety material with a decent room darkening effect. Doesn’t look wierd when closed during the day like I found with some fabrics. Was unsure of the colour (moss) as it looked lighter in the package but once hung the dimension of the velvet looks great. The “frill” at the top adds a bit of fanciness.
