Does a fine job of turning itself on overnight and dumping 5 gallons of water on your floor.

It just stopped working one day, wouldn't turn on, and wouldn't even charge. Used exactly as advertised, just stopped working.edit: the charger it comes with doesn't work for it, luckily i had another charger and it charged it. now it works fine no problem.

This thing is SOOO fantastic! And such a time and trouble saver! I have so many great things that I wanted to share about it, but I just don't have the time. Hopefully I can add it on later.UPDATE: this thing is SOOO much better than I thought was even possible! We have a portable ice maker that we use non stop. We were using tap water through a Britta filter and the water was still so gross it was ruining the machine. And the filters were expensive. With this thing we now use truly filtered really clean water and it's WAY easier, way cheaper and SOOO much better!

I used this for transfer water from 5 gallons bottle to 3 quart jar.It is easy to used.No more haevy lift.Single charge can used more than 5 gallons bottle.Down sideWhen i pressed button to stop water, i have to wait for a while to complete stop.( water stop and then 2 to 3 drops later)

If you like ice cold water then you might want to pass, but if you don't mind room temp then I highly recommend this product. I was debating if I wanted to buy a new water dispenser, but they cost a lot and take up so much room. I purchased this and I love it + my family members asked where to get it. It is easy to install and does the job. I mainly use this for my Keurig and my dog's water bowl every morning. The battery life is quite long too. I usually charge it when I need to replace my water.

Initially the hose would collapse in on itself and I resolve the issue by cutting 3 inches of the end of the hose.Update:I had one unit replaced because it was making loud unusual sounds, the new unit works great and somehow I am being charged for the second unit when I only needed one replaced out of the two that I purchased.

It is so convenient to use this device. It is a little noisy but worth it.

I love this.... it was easy to set up arrived fast and is very easy to use. i have charged it once and it has gone through 4 5 gal bottles of water. but i fully charged it before i used it . it is light weight and does not add any flavor to the water.
