LeapFrogLeapPad Ultimate Ready for School Tablet, Pink

I purchased this for my granddaughter a a birthday gift.She absolutely loves it. So many activities that are available for extra learning and fun. The color is great as well.She is 3 years old and this lapped will grow with her. I highly recommend. .

My son owns an Ultra that he has had for 4 years and enjoyed so I ordered this for my daughter who turned 3. The picture is a noticeable upgrade from the ultra and overall it works as expected. Yes the games can be a little pricey but they are much higher quality education wise than other aps my kids play and they hold their attention much longer because they get progressively harder. My only wish is the games had the option of larger memory so we could download more games directly to the system vs. keeping up with cartridges.

I got this for my 6 year old who has struggled a little bit with reading. With some tweaking, this has become a perfect tool to help her strengthen reading and math skills without being bored with the process. While there is excellent value in the preloaded programs, they’re more suitable for a pre-K age child. I downloaded some more age appropriate books and games for my daughter (and don’t forget to search for a coupon code to save on cost!) and removed some more ... well... mindless games, set a reasonable play-timer (which is an excellent feature, as you can also set a timer for how long they have to wait to play again.) Beyond all else, her reading performance at school has greatly improved since she began playing with this product daily. I’m grateful for the aid this product has lended in helping my daughter to strengthen her reading, spelling and math skills.

A Christmas gift for my 5 year old daughter, she loved it ! I needed a tablet that could help her learn to read cause she has been struggling and this was perfect ! I was going to go with a regular tablet and just download learning apps but at 5 she tends to leave things around and I also have a 2 year old son that loves to throw things lol Idk how many times it's done been thrown or dropped since she got it but it still works perfectly and the screen is still intact... The only con to this is sometimes it won't connect to our home wifi, we have to turn it on and off a few times before it will let it connect, also I have a 10 year old son who use to have leapfrog when he was younger so when I set up this tablet I used my old account and now she can play all the games I bought years ago so it saved me money too !

My 2 1/2 year old grandson can easily use this tablet with little imput from adults. He draws, watches videos & is absorbed for an hour at a time which is a miracle at his age! As he gets older it has great learning programs on it. He is already using them even if he doesn't understand them. I am a big fan of LeapFrog products & have bought many of them for my grandchildren.

Well I bought this leappad leapfrog for my autistic daughter and she seems to love it and plus it's very educational and entertaining at the same time. I like the fact that she can't just press a key to do many of unwanted internet search. So if you don't want your autistic child or any typical child to be able to do any unsafe internet search by pressing any key on a tablet, this is the one.

This is good but, we have had it for 6 weeks and used maybe 15x max and the speaker makes a rattling noise and then volume isn’t super high. It still works super irritating. Also comes w some games but not much. I use to buy all these products for my sons years ago and they were rough in them and they never broke or malfunctioned. This was purchased for a 3 year old girl and she isn’t rough on it at all. Quality seems lower and prices higher.

We absolutely love this tablet. Very good educational material. I don't give my kids a regular tablet, but I'm happy for them to play on this one. HOWEVER, check the warranty information. Leapfrog has a two year warranty on it but will not honor it if you buy it from a third party seller, even if it's new. Very disappointed with the customer service there. We knew the tablet only lasts about two years, but bought it thinking we're ok with the warranty. Had no idea they would not honor it.
