I LOVE this book! Not only are the pictures great and the kids so adorable, but the content and sequences are perfect! There are excellent ideas, laid out in easy to follow pictures with instructions that are well thought out and explained. I have been opening the book right in my yoga classes and allowing children to choose a sequence, they love getting involved and they have fun matching themselves to the pictures

I like this book: the photos are great, getting into and getting out of the poses are clearly written, and I like the added things to think about while doing some poses. As an instructor, I've used several things from this book.

We got it for our 10 year old grand daughter. We reviewed it prior to giving it to her for Christmas.It is a great book.

Great book and easy to follow with some great educational hints and history of the poses for the adults to read.
