So effective if your child has difficulty to burp or has discomfort. I kept ordering this when my baby was smaller and couldn’t burp . This has helped him straight away. Gave him the correct amount 10min before feeding and he burped straight after he finished his milk. Amazing!!!!

It’s got an orange flavour & my baby wouldn’t take it in her mouth before feeding. Added it to her bottle & still worked just as well. Found I didn’t need to up the dose if kept baby on it regularly. Really helps in the early months with trapped wind.

well it is helpful in passing the gas for newborn. but not helpful in constipation case. smell is too strong for baby i would say. and the price is very much expensive. it is literally more than twice the price than the market price so that is a negative point i would say . anyhow works with the gassy kid well.
