Hi, yes they are zip not button. I have bought several pairs and the fit is very good.

Q: Do these denims have baggy legs and stretch fit, because i can't stand tight fit denims at all??

They are only slightly stretchy, and are definitely not baggy unless you have very skinny legs. I would say the fit is between skinny and comfort. My husband used to buy the ‘comfort’ fit, but these sagged around the bum. The straight fit is much better - not clingy.
