Best Chopsticks - Ever.
These are what i consider "mid-size" chopsticks - larger than any restaurant chopsticks i've ever seen / used but smaller than the Andre the Giant size my Vietnamese neighbor uses for cooking; even though they are big enough for my western cooking & eating and since i eat everything but cereal & soup with chopsticks i've given them a thorough testing.~ nice dark wood makes them simple to clean @ filth is easier to see~ properly finished @ not too rough / not too smooth~ quite sturdy and laser straight right outta the package~ nice deal for the cost - lose or destroy one or a pair = no biggy~ Vietnamese Veronica next door [Veronica is her real name, promise] next door gave them a 10/10 for eating and 9/10 for cooking~ not too big / not too small = easier to use for novice "stick eaters" than standard / usual restaurant size although smaller persons [little kids] will likely find them too bigFULL DISCLOSURE: this review was provided without payment or compensation from Art Show or AmazonCheers,Rev. Beautiful Sticks, but note..
Make sure you soak these guys when you get them or scrub a lot of salt water/soapy water. Then be sure to dry them with a paper towel or older/not nice towel. They do bleed off stain at first and its noticeable - especially if you use a white towel to dry them.I soaked for over a day and scrubbed with salt and washed with soapy water, and still had some slight bleed. Now they are good thoughVery comfortable to hold and use, look beautiful. They aren't tapered to a point like many you will find, which was a plus for me.Used for cooking and eating and have held up to heat and moisture so farTrying to find a backup for our current set that has last over 40 years - hoping these will do - been a month so far and in the clear still...

Long lasting
I have been purchasing these chopsticks for the last three years. No paint no chemicals. Environment friendly. I have been washing them in the dishwasher. They hold up well and last more than 6 months. I have a dedicated utensils holder for the chopsticks to keep them dry.

Do not follow the crazy advice in the comments to soak these.
First these are perfectly good wooden chopsticks.I do not know where people got the idea that you should soak them. DO NOT soak them. These are wood. If you soak these they are going to warp.I am a hobby wood carver so I know a little bit about the care of wood. These chopsticks will warp very easily if you are not careful. Let me tell you how to take care of them. When you get them, wash them with soap and water. Wipe off any excess water and set on a rack to dry.Once they are dry, coat them with a thin layer of coconut oil. Wipe off any excess, until they're shiny but don't feel oily. That's it. KEEP THEM OUT OF THE SINK. KEEP THEM OUT OF WATER (except when washing). DO NOT LET THE WOOD DRY OUT. KEEP THE WOOD OILED.These will last you a very long time that way. You should be doing this with any and all wood utensils you have, too. You can use food grade mineral oil instead of coconut if you want.

These chopsticks feel very durable.
With the slightly rounded square shape, they feel great in the hand, and easy to use. They feel very sturdy and have held up well to several uses and washing. I hand wash only, as it is a wood product. I use them while cooking as well as for eating. I am the only one in the house who uses them, so this set will last me quite a while. I like the box it came in to keep the new ones separated from the current sets I'm using. The smooth but textured surface is splinter-free (at least they are on mine) and provides enough texture to grip unlike some of the plastic molded ones. I don't see the need to order these again anytime soon, but I do have some people in mind that I may order these for as a gift.

Follow directions.
When they arrive, don’t forget to follow the directions on how to cure them for use. These have become as beautiful as some very expensive wooden chopsticks I own. The wood grain is nice, they’re thick. I personally prefer wood chopsticks as I feel they have better grip.Having so many inexpensive chopsticks, I find I’m using them more. Why use a fork to get picked or olives out of a jar? These are much better.

These look like very nice chopsticks
Not too sure of the rubbery feel of them.? I have washed chopsticks with soap and warm water and rised well. I hope they are long lasting without any toxic absorption. I am super particular with the shape, length and feel of my chopsticks.. The weather here in Western Canada has been effecting shipping and deliveries all over so I think that's why they took longer than normal.
