I ordered 20 replacement slats which came slightly bent. I contacted the manufacturer's and they provided potential solutions to try to iron the bend out. Unfortunately, the solutions didn't pan out but I appreciated their quick response. After this group was deemed defective, they immediately shipped replacements which were delivered in a timely matter and the product looks and works great! Sometimes things happen. The mark of a great company is what they do when opportunities come up. This company steps up in a big a way! Well done everyone who was involved!!!

So needed these. Definitely worth the money.

But too yellow not off white or white at all

Replacement slats themselves are just as described and the perfect length as-is for our longest windows (patio door and side windows). Clean, fresh look to go well with new windows/door, with the added bonus that broken old ones are gone and remaining old textured ones can be cut and reused elsewhere in the house (can’t find replacements from 1996).But... wrapping long slats in a big spiral and cramming in a small box is NOT ideal. Look what can happen to the ends if jammed in the corner in the wrong way. Hoping these relax over time; maybe in winter the hot air from the adjacent vent will help (if not, I’ll use a hair dryer).In my opinion, they should have used plastic wrap to secure a straight bundle and put in a long, narrow box, not a short square, but such an odd sized box can cost more to ship.

When I checked the item says the price is for a set of five means 25 vertical blinds I got only five blinds if that all then is so expensive so I need to spend almost $500.00 that is a way and so expensive.
