Buy this dress! Flattering and simple. I can see why some reviewers said that the material is “too thin” but I disagree. It’s what I would call “light weight” not “too thin” in a manner that looks cheap. I Like that the tie is attached to the dress so that it stays in place. I bought the burgundy size M. I’m 5ft tall and 160lbs. It falls at my knee. I’ve washed it twice on gentle cycle and dried it on low for a few minutes and it was fine.

I am 5’4” and 165lbs hourglass shape. I ordered a size medium and it fits perfect. It’s a great dress to wear in special occasions or in the office.

Wife: this dress is a thinner material than it looks and fits more like an empire waist. I was under the impression that it was at the waist. Also the elastic waist isn't very stretchy. So that was kind of annoying.

The cut and style of the dress are really nice. I do recommend if you do not have large midsection. I do and was trying to find a style to flatter/hide. This dress did the opposite.

My upper arms are a little larger, and I was happy that the fabric had a bit of stretch to it. It fit comfortably, and the only problem I had was that the neckline was too low for me, so I simply pinned it and it was perfectly fine! Colors look more red and blue on the option I got, but were actually more of a rust and teal - which I liked even better than I expected.

Overall I really like the dress, and I plan to keep it. I haven't worn it yet, just tried it on. It's a little square and bulky in the body, not the best fit I've ever found. But it's attractive and comfortable. I will definitely wear to this quite a bit - it's a very versatile addition to my wardrobe. And you really can't beat the price!

I first got this in the geometric wine and it’s a really nice, well made dress. The material is more of a navy/red combo than the picture and is very soft and nice. So I ordered one in purple and was disappointed. The purple material is thin, cheap and has a bad smell. 5’9 140 lb. I got a Medium and it fits but I think small would fit too if you want a tighter fit.
