Very interesting
I have been working my way through this book little by little. I am a massage therapy student so Keleman's theories make perfect sense to me. His style of writing is quite simple and easy to understand. The book is quite dated and yet still applicable. I especially like how it is sectioned off in short entries for those of us that don't have alot of reading time. Working full time and full time studies leave me very little time to extraciricular reading of full chapters at one time. broken down it is easy to digest and I meditate on it a bit before moving on the the next section.

amazing, may be hard to follow if you dont think abstractly
this book changed my life, and the way that i think about energy.the writing styles not for most. i lent it to my brother (very intellectual english teacher) and he didn't get far, and didnt get it. i ordered one for my sister, and she really liked it (she's 17 but very socially aware.) She is also interested in theory, energy, and health, and we both read about these topics frequently. this book is a real asset if these are your interests.

Fascinating!
I am a graduate Counseling student. This book was recommended to me by a professor. It is a short, fascinating read. Soon I will re-read it because it is enjoyable and because there is an immense amount of information in it.Interesting to me as someone who is focusing on Gestalt and experiential work.

Enlightening
I'm so impressed by the quality of intellectual rigor in these writings. Will help anyone trying to better embody their experience. To paraphrase my favorite quote "it's not that we have a body, rather we are somebody".

I highly recommend this book to anyone curious about not just the ...
I began reading this book, as I often do, at the halfway point, just to see how a random reading of a random page affects me. This book is one to FEEL rather than just read. I'm finding it both poetic and a lovely dovetail and expansion of some of the trainings I've taken in therapy that take the body and the rhythms of breathing and movement into deep account in our work.As someone who increasingly believes that noticing subtle shifts in movement and energy hold important keys to understanding and healing, this book helps me to sense these more deeply, and also to notice my own movement and energy with more curiosity. I highly recommend this book to anyone curious about not just the theory, but the feeling and the poetry of tracking movement patterns!

The mind appears in the body!
An incredible book! As a professional in the field of human potential, I found this book very useful to offer to clients. And they got excited and passed the title along to their loved ones and friends. The understanding of the various forces (literal and figurative) that play on our physical form is powerful. Must reading for those exploring the euphoria of possibilities!
