Merguez Sausages - Spicy Lamb Sausages 1.1 Lbs

Why one star? because of some disappointment on the quantity, of course they say 25$ for 1.1# but it is easy to get bait to the picture. What you see is not what you get actually you are getting 8 pc for a total of 1.1# which is right so you cannot say they are wrong! and shipping was fast! got it overnight. But the picture show more than that and you think that's what you getting. With shipping it will cost you 4$ per each sausage..... Pretty expensive for just a tiny sausage.Look at the picture that's what you will get!

I bought the "Merguez" hot lamb sausage,, pack of 8. I cooked them on the BBQ. The merguez kept dripping fat, it is expected that they reduce, but in this instance, they reduced by about half their size. The remaining 50%, once cooked, was mostly skin and tendons. I had more sausage left over on my plate after eating then before (gross..), This was my first time buying this brand so I want to believe that it was just an accidental batch (but they were so awful that I am not sure i want to give them a second chance). I don't know about the other products.
