These have more distinct floral, sweet, and spicy notes than other brands we have purchased.As others have noted, there is a bit of residual moisture in the center that would likely gum up pepper mills, so we will be drying some out for grinding.

I've bought these pink peppercorns twice now. I run them through a coffee grinder and use them instead of black pepper. They have a floral-pepper taste to them that is pleasing. Would recommend!

The taste is wonderful, carefully packaged and the fragrance when you open and grind them is fabulous!!!

Pink peppercorns are more aramatic and less of the pungent bite of black peppercorns. I put a few on my tongue and chewed. Nice flavor, not hot or sharp, but spicy! Use liberally with other peppers and spices. I put 1/2 cup in the spice blender , I’ve been using this at 1/2 teaspoon plus 1/2 teaspoon salt to vegetables for added flavor. Very nice. This is a spice that will be completely used up in a year or so, in my house. The 10 ounce bag was a super bargain.

Love the quality and taste! Not for regular pepper grinders. Rub together with fingers or rough chop with a knife, very easy.

This is several cups of peppercorns. I’d guess at least four cups. Maybe more?Great flavor.Reviews complaining about wetness don’t seem realize that is the normal texture of pink peppercorns.
