I take double the dose, and this does seem to give a residual level of calmness. I take it for anxiety and it appears to be doing something. Worth a go, even though the packaging and design looks like it's some kind of pet treat

Tastes like good quality ashwagandha, easy to swallow pills.Great at boosting immunity and general wellbeing, overall a good supplement

I purchased these supplements due to the once again great reviews however theses made no difference to my sleep or focus.

Will never use any other provider.I feel full of energy, sleeping like a baby at night and as a bonus am dropping the pounds too

If someones looks at my order history , one can understand I have tried range of testosterone products from Tribulus, cumin boosters etc , now it is turn to try aswagandha. Though it had number of users, the main purpose of me ordering this to increase my testosterone hormone which in turn to improve my workout effectiveness..Though the prescribed usage is different, I take it 20 mins before the workout and it has really helped my sustainability in the gym. So I would say it served the purpose for me. Luckily for me , it went out of stock after I ordered.
