My daughter is a nurse and mother of two young children. But she also enjoys making dodo, lotions, snd candles in her spare time. She requested this filling machine to assist and speed up her ability to pit lotion into bottles. I gave her this machine for her birthday. She loves this machine and it has greatly sped up her ability to fill her lotion bottles. Great success!!

I'm very disappointed. I was so excited to receive my new filling machine only to discover that the unit was clearly pre-owned. The handle rotator was rusted inside the hole. There are scratches along the base of the unit as well. I was so close to returning it immediately but I'm pressed for time, needing to bottle some product to have it ready to for this weekend. I took some time to clean the rusty part and I have no choice but to use this or risk losing out. The unit looks like it's a quality build but I can't help but to feel like I've been cheated out of my money. If the manufacturer reads this can you do us all a favor and actually send out new units when we clearly paid for new units. To make this right at least offer me a discounted price and refund me the difference. This is not right. UPDATE: I was contacted by Sara, the customer service representative who graciously offered me a full refund for my unit or, a replacement. I took a chance on the replacement and I'm glad that I did! The unit came neatly packaged and was definitely new, unlike the previous unit I received. There was a clear difference in the packaging with this new unit as opposed to the unit I received previously. Sara was wonderful during our email correspondence and she should be commended for her service! As for the new unit, it is of a very high caliber as I suspected by inspecting the previous unit. The pump handle feels smooth and after cleaning and testing it with water, the unit has no leaks and functions like a dream! I will definitely make another purchase with this company and this brand as my needs for more equipment grows. Customer service goes a long way and Sara is a rockstar!

This has been a game changer for our body oils! We even bought a second pump, each is dedicated to a specific product type. It is efficient and easy to use. Cleaning is my concern: It is easy to take of the hopper and spigot to clean; however, the cleaning instructions just say to remove and clean the machine. I would appreciate more specifics. What is the best cleaning solution? Hot water and soap? Run water through it? Can the machine pump and internal parts be submerged in water? Or will it rust or hold water - we do not want water in our product due to bacteria risk. Is there a cleaning tool such as a pipe cleaner that should be used? Cleaning instructions are vague. We want to be sure we do not contaminate products with ingredient residue in case our customers have allergies, which can become a product safety issue.

It leaks around the spout and is not leveled when on a sturdy table. The leaking is very irritating because your constantly losing product. There is got to be a better way than this...

Was working great but was missing the parts bag and they sent one immediately. Highly recommend this product.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: As a small business owner, we invested in this machine to help fill our whipped tallow body creams as it is supposed to be for thicker materials. It would spurt out air but leave spurts of product ALL over - all over me, my hair, my glasses, the counters, the machine. Sometimes the product would make it into the jar, but honestly it took literally 2 minutes to fill an 8oz wide mouth mason jar and still require a lot of cleanup of the jar when I was done. I also ended up having to pump MORE product into the jar so it would look filled, costing money for us small business owners. I appreciate the big hopper at the top - made filling the machine easy. It is made of quality Stainless, which I also appreciated. However, this did not work for us. I will go back to the old way of filling the jars - via large pastry bag, as the product looks more consistent in the jars AND took a lot less time.

Me ha servido muy bien ya que la utilizo para rellenar churros. Si puede inyectar fluidos espesos cómo la cajeta, lechera, mermeladas
