how did you get it to sud up without chemicals?

We definitely do not use any chemicals or synthetics in our soaps. There are a few ingredients on the label that when mixed properly will create a lather.

how many times a day can I wash with this soap. Is there a limit to use, daily, weekly, monthly?

There is no limit. We would just recommend to moisturize after using the soap.
