Having heard so much about this foundation, I bought the shade Golden in the US which turned out too dark for me. Shades/numbers corresponds to the original Fit Me Foundation shades. This one is a better fit for my medium skin tone although not perfect (found it more peachy than yellow undertone). It applies and blends so well, giving almost a natural looking - neither too matte nor too dewy finish. I used a beauty blender to apply it and took time to blend it really well to avoid looking cakey since its a full coverage foundation. I didn’t even use concealer for my sun spots/blemishes . Set it lightly with Fit Me loose powder and it lasted me the whole day (was out for some functions) without breaking up or fading. In fact, it looked better and more natural as the day wore on even now in winter. I did use a mattifying powder over my T-zone and sprayed a facial mist to freshen my face around the 5 hr mark. Really impressed with the coverage, the finish and longevity. Those who want a slightly glowy look can either use a dewy spray or an illuminating finishing powder.One thing I noticed - it does show up textured skin if not blended really well.

I was using the 24hr version and that was very good. This one is now 30hrs! Maybelline expects us to sleep with our make up and carry on the next day i suppose. Husbands will have to get used to seeing their wives with make up 30hrs, 7 days a week i guess. On a more serious note, the texture is thicker and wears better as the time passes, so that by afternoon the foundation looks even more natural than it did right after application. It has become a tad drier so you do really need to moisturize before applying this foundation. The other downside is that the shades have gotten much much whiter. So my previous shade which was 128 is now too fair for me and i have ordered 310 which is more dusky. I'm happy with the product and will reorder now that i know my shade in this range
