Awful product and customer service
I had really bad experience with Levitating X.It started with a pending paypal payment for weeks (not sure it's their fault but it was the first time it happened to me), then when the payment went thru they didnt have anymore my item (even tho I was in contact with them during the whole process).They proposed me a new item (more expensive) without adding money,which I found fair even tho I wouldnt have my product on time.After 2 months the base stopped to work, they sent me a new one, which stopped to work after 3 weeks as well.No news from them since that.Ah and I had to harass the boss of the company (facebook, linkedin, email) in order to an answer so here I go again, but this time I just want a refund
