This really helps me sleep so I take it at night. If I forget, I usually know because I'll either wake up 3 hours later and go back to sleep, or I'll wake up 5-6 hours later and can't go back to sleep. When I take it I can sometimes sleep more than 8 hours.

Started taking magnesium for migraines with auras and was looking specifically for magnesium glycinate. . This one has the most accurate description of the ingredients and exactly how much elemental magnesium these contain. I applaud that! What was odd is that i found one Nutrabio Reacted at night seem to make me more jittery when trying to sleep than helpful for sleep. I went to one pill only in the morning. In a month since starting these i have had two auras with the last one 21 days post. The first one was when i was switching medications so not sure that didn't have an impact. My current plan is to try two of these in the morning to continue my evaluation. I contacted Nutrabio asking about the sleep issue and they gave me the fastest response of any company I have ever dealt with! If i start getting less aura migraines while taking these i will move this to a five star plus rating!
