Decent enough, green quite easy to break.
Not a bad board. Hand grips at the side make it easier to hold.The joint isn't a long groove like some, it's interlocking fingers. Doesn't make much of a difference, but could catch you if the person holding it tries to hold it in place once your hand/foot has gone through.Quite easy to break with your hands, and very easy with your feet (green version). Consider the red one if you're experienced or an adult.My only gripe was that the image embossed on the rubber on the strike surface leaves an imprint in your knuckles. Would have been better if it was a rough flat surface.

Fantastic product
These are fantastic breaking boards I now have the yellow and orange ones.I really like them for as you can make in between boards (mixing half of yellow and half of orange together). This helps build confidence for students learning how to break boards.

replacement board red blitz
A big thank you to Amazon who has replaced my board ordered in April which got a little damaged. Got a replacement in no time - so far the new board seems to work fine.
