Budda is quite cute. The included sponge is good for regular pots and pans not non stick. But the suction cup doesn’t adhere well no matter what I try. However, Budda outweighs the suction issue.

I use it next to my stove to hold a towel for dropped water, lid water, pan drippings. Easy to access and use

I love this buddha sponge holder, however, the spot where you place the sponge will hold the sponge that comes with but it will not hold your every day sponge. It is too big of a space to hold your normal sponge. For now, I am placing my sponge behind his head. Hopefully my husband can rig it so it holds my regular sponge.****UPDATE EDIT****Hubby was able to rig it so that it holds a normal sized sponge! Yippee!! I was really excited for this after reading great reviews through Amazon and BuzzFeed. Unfortunately, it's kind of a piece of junk. The suction cup constantly falls off, if you're lucky enough to get it to stay for more than a couple minutes, the sponge holder isn't strong, or big enough to actually hold a sponge. We even tried Command strips and glueing it to make it stay but nothing has worked. Super disappointed.

I made a quick amendment with placing 2 tiny felt furniture 'bumpers'/pads under the main post to ensure that thinner sponges don't just fall forward. *See video.*I think if they ever redesign this, the bottom portion of the post on which the sponge sits on could be wider so as to better support various sponges without mainly relying on the thickness of the sponge.So far, it's suctioning fine: I cleaned the tile, wet the suction, and it seems quite sturdy. I like how it'll keep my sponge off the countertop with a bit of style! If anything goes amiss, I'll update my review after using this for a longer period of time.
