Expensive but delicious
Opened this yesterday morning for leftover roasted veggies. Brought it out last night for grilled salmon and again this morning for poached eggs and avocados. The bottle is half gone within 24 hours of opening. We could put this on everything but don’t want to have to take out a second mortgage. SO GOOD.

Balanced sweet/heat in this Smoked Maple Sriracha
I stopped using sriracha a few years ago because it was EVERYWHERE and I was getting bored of it. Like most breakups, I realized later that I really missed it, thanks to a friend's INCESSANT insistence that I try Sugar Bob's sriracha sauces (yes, there's more than one). Right now, I'm really enjoying the Smoked Maple version with sauteed veggies, giving them a palate boost without dominating the more subtle flavors of the rest of the ingredients.

Truly magnificent sauce & I’d buy it again —- that quick! For 1/3 less the price!
Superb thickness, & consistency, great heat, superb background flavors. Everything you look for in a great sauce except for three things: 1) Just a bit of a nagging sourness/bitterness/aftertaste/tang that seemed oddly out of place & took away greatly from an otherwise wonderful concoction; 2) For something that touts itself proudly as having a maple flavor (those are HOLY GRAIL WORDS to many of us) it needed to have maybe 30 - 40% more of it: not to overpower the rest of the theme, but the way it’s prepared it’s almost like an afterthought or like you’re ashamed of it; and lastly, 3) FOR REGULAR GUYS LIKE ME WHO LOVE HOT SAUCE $2 PER OUNCE IS TOO BLAMED EXPENSIVE!!!!! It’s my one indulgence on a very very carb and very sodium restricted diet as well as a tight working stiff’s budget. Anything much over $1.25 & especially $1.30 per ounce is very tight, regardless of quality. It may seem petty but over a month it adds up & cuts things back hard. Also, REDUCE THE SODIUM BY 1/3. I SINCERELY DOUBT IT WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN FLAVOR OR CHEMISTRY OF THE SAUCE. OUR DIETS & HEARTS WILL BE MOST GRATEFUL. That aside, carry on. Great job.

Amazing
There are no words to describe the flavor of this.. you need to try it for yourself. It’s SO good. I would put this on anything. Little sweet, little heat, little smoke. Perfection 👌
