Stay in place, hold my long fine hair well and look pretty!

For the price, I expected something more durable? The whole thing is plastic. Mine hasn't broken yet, so we will see on durability. It holds my thin and fine hair in place pretty well, and even better when I tease and curl my hair. I do love the design and coloring of the clip though.

This is a very cute clip, very pretty! It's quite flimsy though. I have to be careful not to put too much hair into the clip or I fear it might break.

These hair clips are effective in holding hair in place. They are cute clips and stay fastened. My only complaint is they are smaller (shorter) than I expected.

Much smaller than I expected even though the size was accurately given in the description (2" in length). They are perfect for my hair because I have fine textured hair. I had a pixie for two years and it is in the annoying mode of growing out. I needed something to sweep and hold my bangs back at the sides as they are still to short to tuck behind my ears. I wanted something that wouldn't make me look like an old woman wearing elementary school barrettes. HAH! My hair is a medium brown and the colors in the barrettes (Onyx 2") blend well with my hair. They are pretty, but not as sturdy as I had hoped, so a bit pricey for what you get, I think.

I bought these about a year ago and I keep forgetting to write a review. They are hands down the best hair clips I've ever owned and I've been around for decades. LOL I use them to clip up my hair and they hold so well and they grip really well. Snap shut, never come undone and I love the colors. They are a little small, so if you have thick hair and want to clip a lot of it, these probably won't work for you.

Love this barrette, I've been using is for some time although it seemed a bit spendy for a barrette, it is durable and gorgeous. Works great on my thick natural curly hair. I'll be using this one for years.
