Phenomenal headset at a fantastic price I actually did not know this product was refurbished before opening may be due to me flying through the order or because of the very long title regardless the headphones are great there is a small scuff with a few scratches into the plastic which with it being refurbished who cares they’re going on my head while I play Xbox the sound quality is incredible made every game I played feel like I’m sitting in a giant movie theatre with the sound at max the only complaint I can even come up with is the setup of the mic itself (as in working with my Xbox ) which is too no fault of the refurbishment people I had trouble getting audio to come through them at first and had to mess with the audio settings for about 20 or so minutes maybe some kind of card In the box saying something about where or how to make the headset produce audio would help but regardless no fault of the refurbishment people overall I am more than happy with the headset itself and I have no clue what the refurbishment people may have done and that’s a fantastic thing and that means they did they’re job perfectly again super duper happy with this purchase

Owned since 02/2019.About 6 mo ago the cord needed to be replaced.About 3 mo ago the connection on the headset began to fault. Had to wrap the cord over the earpiece to stabilize.About a month ago the ear cushion fell off... The fabric deteriorated.Over all, got 4 years out of them through heavy use. Sound was fine. Mic was fine.I'm satisfied with the purchase.

Great noise cancellation. So much so that when my son uses these on the game, he has to uncover one ear to be able to hear the outside world. The sound is crisp and clear. The headset is comfortable and not too heavy on your head. And to top it all off, my teenagers are hard on headsets, and these have outlasted any other set I've purchased. Will definitely buy again.

I’ve used it for about a year now, and it’s been perfect so far. Sound and mic quality are very good. Works great for games where directional sound is needed, like COD/Apex.

Did not work when received has to immediately look to replace the cord, one side simple did not connect all the way into its port would have been an easy spot if anyone with some sort of brain checked, but unfortunate to see another company that doesn’t check anything. Probably won’t get posted since you guys check all reviews and only lost the ones complimenting the product.

great headset and the buttons on the side are super conveniant. also the replacement of pads at the top with a strap is a great move, often when im wearing a headset with pads it starts to hurt my head after about 2 hours. the sliding in and out microphone is also a great feature and is useful for when you arent talking to anyone and you just want to wear headphones

I’m gonna go ahead and say right from the beginning I did my research on this headset via amazon and YouTube. I liked what I saw and heard about this headset I was told they have great sound quality for console. I own a pair of Cosair void pro I would switch between my PC and PS4 they sound great on my PC but not on my PS4 the Cosair void pro. so I figured I’d look for a headset for my PS4 that would sound great with my console because my issue right now Is don’t feel immersed in my game with my cosair nor the steel series arctic 3 console edition. So would I recommend these for your gaming? Sure if you’re on a cheap budget but if you can afford something more pricy go for the pricer headset.
