FORID DRAIN GEL CLEANER 64oz

Great product!

I invested $150 in this product. Ordered three bottles to ensure I had enough to cover all drains for the allotted amount of time. I have been dealing with phorid flies for months and am at the point where I will try anything to get rid of them. I suspected maybe my drains were the issue. I’ve poured this down all three of my drains for well over a week, just to be safe, and I am still encountering flies. I’ve killed three today. Their numbers seemed to decrease for a little while, but they never disappeared entirely. I had so much hope that this work. My only assumption is that either this product doesn’t work, or they are coming from somewhere other than my drains.

I bought this product to try and eliminate my drain fly issues. It did not come with instructions even tho it was costly. I used it a couple time & did not work so I researched and another site said to use at night for 5-7 days. Would have been nice to know at the get go. Anyway, I’ll see if it works in that time frame. Plus stained my sink

I don’t know about other types of pests, but this stuff works magic on phorid flies. Nothing I tried prior to this worked. And I mean nothing. I didn’t even know where the flies were coming from in my house but after some research I found this stuff. I ended up having to buy a second one because I have a lot of drains in my house but spending a total of $100 is way better than what I’m sure it would’ve cost an exterminator to come out. The product was what I had ordered and it was delivered in a timely manner.

I went to another website and the instructions said when you pour down the drain you poured it down the sides of the drain and not down the middle of the drain like you normally would for a drain cleaner. That may be why it didn't work as well for some people, because we would naturally pour it down the middle of the drain.

the bottle arrived broken and half of the liquid has leaked, soaking the packaging. Was directed to send the it all back with a provided address label but not able to return or exchange because the UPS clerks took one look at everything soaked with chemicals and firmly denied. Also was not able to reach the seller, everything was done through Amazon, who considered the situation closed.This system wouldn't let me submit a one star review.The design of the bottle appears to make sense though, tip the bottle to fill the upper chamber then unscrew the cap to tip the desired amount. This could be a good way to control the amount of liquid used.It has a strong smell that isn't too bad.
